At the start of a Support Plan project, mindSHIFT developers conduct an initial code review to familiarize themselves with your systems. We also review all documentation that exists (specifications, database schemas, test plans, etc.) for your systems.

A Project Manager will be assigned to all of our Support accounts to serve as the primary liaison to the client. The Project Manager works closely with our Director of Customer Support to ensure a timely and high quality response to all support requests.
